Know that your customer policy is becoming increasingly important throughout the world, especially among banks and other financial institutions, in order to prevent identity theft, money laundering, financial fraud and terrorist activities.

Kredo Capital Group has a zero fraud tolerance policy and takes all possible measures to prevent it. Any fraudulent activity will be documented and all accounts associated with it will be immediately closed. All funds in these accounts will be canceled.

Prevention:

Kredo Capital Group seeks to ensure the integrity of any confidential data that he receives, such as information about your account and transactions that you make, using various security measures and fraud control. Securing your electronic transactions requires us to provide certain data from you, including your preferred deposit method.

When you deposit funds, we will need the following documents:
  •  a copy of your valid passport with a signature page;
  •  copies of your credit cards used to make a deposit (front side with only 4 last digits visible, back side with CVV);
  •  a copy of the recent utility bill in your name and address;
  •  signed purchase history of your online transactions with us

When do I need to submit these documents?

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with all the necessary documents as soon as possible, in order to avoid delays in processing transactions. We require receipt of all necessary documents before making any money transactions from your account.

Some circumstances may require us to request these documents before allowing any other actions on your account, such as deposits or transactions.

Please note that if we do not receive the necessary documents, pending withdrawals will be canceled and credited back to your trading account. We will notify you of such an event through our system.

How can I send you these documents?

Scan your documents or take a high-quality image of a digital camera, save the images in JPEG format, and then send it to us by mail support@kredo-capital.com .
